Flavia Vehbiu is a VP and Deputy General Counsel of OTC Markets Group, where she partners with business leaders to provide legal and regulatory guidance across the company’s core business lines and drive the company’s regulatory and policymaking initiatives. Prior to joining OTC Markets, Flavia worked at two prominent New York City law firms where she represented issuers and underwriters in a range of debt and equity capital markets transactions. She also spent time at a private markets fintech startup where she advised on fund formation and securities regulatory matters. Flavia earned her J.D. from UCLA and graduated summa cum laude from George Washington University with a B.A. in Economics.
