OTC Markets sees 57% increase in YOY notional trading activity

$177.8 Billion in Dollar Volume traded on our markets this most recent quarter. $64.8 Billion more than Q1 2024, a 57.3% increase in trading activity.

Year-over-year (vs. Q1 2024), all major security types saw substantial growth:

  • $158.1 B traded in International securities – $64.1 Billion increase
  • $136.2 B traded in ADRs – $58.1 Billion increase
  • $156.2 B traded in Billion+ Market Caps – $63.9 Billion increase
  • $166.3 B traded in Non Penny Stocks – $62.3 Billion increase
  • $24.6 B traded in SEC reporting securities – $0.96 Billion increase
