OTC Markets 2025 Year-End Review: Dollar Volume Up 44.5% to $691B

Over the past 10 years, OTC Markets’ annual notional activity has increased by more than 450 Billion – 258% increase. The 2025 YOY increase was $212.8 Billion (44.5%).  As reflected throughout our quarterly recaps, the majority of the dollar volume has been driven by trading in International Securities ($609.5 Billion YTD in 2025).
