OTC Markets Sees Record International Activity with $609B in 2025 Cross-Traded Volume

Cross-traded International securities continue to be a main driver of dollar volume growth on our markets. This past year as overall dollar volume grew by 44.5% YoY, cross-traded international securities grew by 46.7% to reach $609B. Since 2016, OTC Markets dollar volume has increased by 280%. In 2025, 55% of the dollar volume originated from European cross-traded securities, and the average daily notional for European cross-traded securities was 1.2 billion in Q4 alone.
