In 2024, our markets saw an increase in $95.18B in total dollar volume traded resulting in a full year total of $478.7B vs. $383.5B in 2023.

Significant increases were noted across all key security types YOY:

  • $415.57 B traded in International securities – $92.55 Billion increase vs. 2023
  • $348.3 B traded in ADRs – $65.94 Billion increase vs. 2023
  • $386.33 B traded in Billion+ Market Caps – $61.94 Billion increase vs. 2023
  • $439.89 B traded in Non Penny Stocks – $87.37 Billion increase vs. 2023
  • $78.61 B traded in SEC reporting securities – $3.46 Billion increase vs. 2023
Based on securities traded on the OTC Markets on the last day of each quarter

Q4 2024 Market Data Stats

Dollar Volume was up across all key security types in Q4 vs. Q3 2024:

  • International (Non-US): $119.32B vs. $99.98B – 19.35% increase
  • ADRs: $99.58B vs. $84.22B – 18.24% increase
  • SEC Reporting: $20.13B vs. $12.10B – 66.41% increase
  • Billion+ Mkt Cap: $108.17B vs. $86.10B – 25.63% increase
  • Non Penny Stocks: $123.28B vs. $100.13B – 23.12% increase
