OTC Markets Group acquired EDGAR Online late in 2022 as we saw the value in its rich history of financial data, in many cases dating back to 1994, and it’s breadth of coverage. In 2024, our systems processed and added 926,511 Filings to our APIs. These APIs power not only EDGAR Online products but were integral to OTC Markets’ suite of compliance and reference data products.
